No account, ads or app-owned backend. Your practice stays on your device. Voice input is optional.

Local practice

iCroupier: Black Jack is a professional blackjack-dealer training utility. It does not require an account and has no app server. Selected decks, practice settings and recent training results are stored on your device. Device backups may include this local data. Deleting the app removes its local data; restoring a backup may restore it.

Optional voice practice

If you choose spoken answers, the app requests Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions and uses Apple’s on-device English recognition on supported devices. Audio is used to recognise the current training answer or action. The app does not save audio or transcripts or send them to the publisher.

Audio capture stops when practice is paused, the hand ends, you leave practice or you switch to the keypad. Keypad practice requires neither permission. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

Collection, tracking and purchases

The app has no advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs, login, in-app purchases or app-owned backend. It does not upload practice history, audio or transcripts to the publisher.

Apple may provide diagnostics if you enable developer diagnostic sharing. TestFlight diagnostics and feedback are handled under Apple’s own beta-testing terms.

When you contact support

If you email support@icroupier.app, the publisher receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, screenshots, device details and description of the issue. It is used to answer the request and investigate problems, is not sold or used for advertising, and is retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Email handling involves the publisher’s email provider.

This website

This site has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or contact forms. Its product interactions run in your browser. It does not set marketing cookies or store your deck-preview choice on a server. The hosting provider processes the technical connection data needed to deliver the pages, such as IP address and requested URL, and may maintain operational or security logs. A private preview may require the hosting provider’s own sign-in; that provider handles its own account and authentication data.

Links to other iCroupier sites and, once available, the App Store are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can use the keypad, deny or revoke voice permissions, manage iOS backup and diagnostic settings, and delete the app to remove local practice data. For support-data access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@icroupier.app. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Training content

Cards, stakes and payouts are exercises only. The app offers no deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or real-money play. It is intended as professional training, not a children’s product.

Changes to this policy

The update date above will change when the contents of this policy change. Questions about the app or this policy can be sent to support@icroupier.app.
